I worked as a Chef at The Stables Restaurant & Grill in Fort William, Scotland — during which time the restaurant was awarded Best Restaurant in the Scottish Highlands twice. Most recently I served as Line Cook / Chef at The Quarry Golf Club in Naples, Florida, one of the most exclusive private golf and country clubs in the US, delivering banquet and à la carte service using advanced techniques including sous vide and specialty sauce preparation.

Outside the kitchen, I'm a solo tech founder. I built SafeSignal an AI-powered scam detection and identity protection service running on Cloudflare's serverless stack, powered by the Claude API, with Stripe payments and multi-language support across English, German, French and Hungarian. I also built NortheastVault, a free data breach checker. Both are live products. SafeSignal is currently being registered as an Einzelfirma in Switzerland.
